It's a small, simple and quiet place with a stretch of grass alongside the water of about 50 meters and has a simple bar: the perfect place for us. But if you like a big crowded place with more facilities there are other options at Lago di Monate.
Beautiful lake. Costs 9 euro per person in the weekend. Nice swimming area but could do with more shade, take an umbrella with you
As a location (nature and gods creation ide give it 10/10), i will start by adressing to the very poor reception, the woman was so rude when she got my 30€ entrance, she didnt even smile, i dont know if its bcuz of my beard or none so italian looks, i dont recommend for swimming, if you want to chill out have a drink or 2 and just tan, then by my guest!
Nice small beach not so crowded. Family friendly. Morning entrance fee is 3 euro and after 1pm to 7pm is 2 euros. There are showers, toilets and changing rooms.
There is a place for barbecue and a small shop for beer, water and sandwiches (salamella was delicious).
Great upgrade to the beach by the Zucca Restaurant of Osmate. Very smart place to go for a sundowner. Super views over the lake. Great pizzas and a nice change to have pokee bowls. No obvious cover when it is rains. Worth a visit.
Amazing park to go for a swim in the Monate lake. You have to pay a fee to enter but it is worth the ticket. The place also have an area dedicated for barbecues and pic-nics. Relaxed atmosphere and great for the kids.
The previous rate of 3€ per day is long gone. Now the entrance is 10€ (a more than 300%increase in a few years): given the size of the beach there are many more interseing venues in this lake. Unfortunately it is no longer worth it...

Clean water and lots of shade. Great for families with children. There are also designated places for BBQ
